• Library Service Desk operations normally cease 10 minutes prior to closing time.  Patrons may still borrow using the self-issuing terminals (where available).

Services provided under these conditions include:

• Self-services such as searching library catalogue, borrowing items, placing and collecting holds, and making renewals, photocopying and printing
• Access and use of open collections including open reserve, open-access AV equipment
• Study areas
• Basic in-person, assistance/advice - for example: for self-service transactions

Services not normally provided under “study hall” conditions may include:

• Loans/bookings at the Service desk
• Reference Service
• Payment of Library fines
• Library registrations
