Produced each year by the World Bank the ADI provides the most detailed collection of data on Africa, containing over 1,000 indicators covering 53 African countries.  The world bank site includes a Data and Statistics page and a Quick Facts page. The VU Library Catalogue contains the 2007 ADI edition  online.
Worldwatch Institute

African Studies Centre (ASC)

AfricaBib is a collection of Africana social science titles presented in one easily accessible location on the internet. It is the culmination of over thirty years of Africana research.
