Check your email daily!

• Library reminder notices - holds, loans recalls and overdues are sent by email only
• Students - go to: http://mail.live.com
• Staff - check your staff email account
• Other borrowers - notices are emailed to the email address you gave when you registered

• Get the books you wanted sooner - Notifies you immediately when your holds are ready for pick up
• Avoid Infringements - reminds you in advance to return or renew items you have on loan

• Yes! Ignorance is no excuse
• If you have another email address you can forward (redirect) your VU email to that address:

Step 1:

• Logon to your Windows Live VU email account at http://mail.live.com       

Step 2:

• Click on Options

• Click on More Options

• Under the Manage your account section, click on Forward mail to another email account

Step 3:

• Type your preferred email address into the text box provided

• Click the Save button.

Note: Forwarded messages are deleted from your Windows Live mailbox.
